    Abstract: 本計畫擬製備下列三種不同的La-Ca-Ba-Cu-O系 列:(1)La/sub4-x/Ca/sub x/Ba/sub 36/Cu/sub 7/O/sub y/(2)La /sub 6-x/CaBa/sub x/Cu/sub7/O/sub y/(3)La/sub 3/Ca/sub x/Ba /sub 4-x/Cu/sub 7/O/sub y/.希望改變La-Ca-Ba-Cu-O系列 中La□Ca與Ba的含量,以找出可以形成單相化合物的相圖,了解La□Ca與Ba離子間互相溶解的極 限.然後,我們將測量及探討這些單相化合物中 晶格參數□氧含量□Tc與磁化率之間的關係.
