Abstract:	本計畫擬製備一系列的R/sub 3/SrBa/sub 3/Cu/sub 7/O/sub y/超導體,其中的R為稀土或Y元素,然後測量它們的X光繞射圖譜、T/sub c/、磁化率、氧含量、電洞濃度、相變化、熱重分析等物性及化性.藉此瞭解不同的離子半徑對結晶構造、單位晶胞參數、超導性、氧計量等之間的影響. 所得之結果尚可以與我們從前所得之R/sub 3/SrBa /sub 3/Cu/sub 7/O/sub y/超導體的性質做比較,以瞭解Ca和Sr離子在這些超導體中所產生的效應.
