    Abstract: 本計畫將用電分析化學的技術來研究導致 烏腳病的問題井水.並將探討井水中可能含有 的有機物質和Ligands,以研究配位和Speciation的問 題.同時我們將探討已知之過量有毒物質砷和 其物種.砷在電化學上已被研究過其電化學的 基本特性.一般而言,電化學方法有良好的靈敏 度,可比美於質譜分析.而設備所需之費用將遠 低於光譜法所需之設備.而且電化學法亦可用 作物種之鑑別用.為了提高靈敏度,我們可用下 列數種方法來作:(1)提高其表面濃度:(Stripping) 或Modifiedelectrode;(2)減少Background current:用Pulse technique如Different pulsetechnique voltammery, DPP.或用 Microelectrode以減少Charging current或用Hydrodynamic technique以提高訊號.
