    Abstract: 本計畫主要目的及內容, 是分子設計具有磁性與生化活性模型金屬錯合物。分成兩大部份,主要內容如下: (I).功能性分子材料(磁性): 1)有機自由基, R-(NO·)x 及其金屬錯合物物,其中R為多配位座配位子,金屬包括:Ag, Cd, Zn ,Ge, Ga 與Cu, Ni, Mn等. 2)核單分子與1-D, 2-D或3-D多核金屬錯合物之磁性研究:1) 一系列異金屬核單分子:[Ln(dmf)3(H2O)3][M(CN)6]xH2O( Ln=La ~ Yb, M = Fe(III), Cr(III) 2)有趣巨大分子設計及其晶體工程(crystal engineering) ;利用含O或N原子多配位座配位子及架穚基,與金屬形成多金一維、二維及三維晶體或金屬簇結構,並探討其磁性。(II). 生化活性之分子設計: 1). Catecholase及 Catechol dioxygenase 模型Cu(II)與Fe(III)錯合物合成、晶體構造解析、物性與生化反應。從配位子設計及金屬錯合物合成、晶體構造分析、磁特性測定、瞭解配位機制及分子集合體形成規則
