因應『國際化J 的趨勢,未來的企業經理人員
必須具有國際的視野,擁有跨文化溝通之技
能,以利國際企業營運之成功。為擴展學生的
國際視野,許多大學紛紛舉辦學生出國修習學
分。然而此種途徑的成本過高,僅能少數學生
受惠。而若未與它國文化實際接觸,則跨文化
溝通之訓練又猶如紙上談兵,效果有限。近年
來,資訊網路迅速擴展,技術突飛猛進,使得
全球各地可以不受時空限制,相互溝通與交
流。由於其廉價、快速與大眾化,實乃與它國
文化交流的最佳途徑。本文即提議經由全球資
訊網,使得擔任同一課程的老師,在教學土進
行跨國合作,讓本國與他國的學生相互交流,
以增進彼此跨文化溝通之技能。文中除說明具
體的作法外,一些相關的議題也一并予以討
論。 In response to the trend of "internationalization",
the future manager must have global visions, and
possess a cross cultural communication
competence in order to succeed in the
international operations. To broaden
studentslvisions,many colleges send their students
overseas. However, only few students benefit
from this approach due to its high costs. On the
ther hand, the learning effects of the cross cultural
communication training would be limited without
interacting in some real ways with other cultures.
Nowadays, the computer network expands rapidly,
and its technology advances speedly. Thus, it
provides a fast, inexpensive and public channel for
people from different countries or cultures to
interact with one another. In this article, it is
proposed that by way of the world wide web,
teachers from different countries can cooperate in
instructions, and let their sutdents work together
for improvement of cross-cultural communication
skills. This article illustrates the whole process of
the webls application and points out some related
issues as well.
