Abstract:	資訊產業從過往以來在台灣就是相當成功的產業之一。本研究目的是以多元組織理論的觀點，來探討資訊產業中電腦周邊廠商的發展軌跡，透過個案深度訪談八家具代表性的廠商，並採用焦點群體座談方式，邀請十一位業者參與三場座談，並輔以相關的次級資料，以類似詮釋方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現電腦周邊產業生態軌跡可以分為產業孕育期、產業萌芽期、快速成長期、產業第一次轉型期、穩定再成長時期、第二次轉型時期六個階段，每個階段有不同的理論解釋與策略思考。本研究根據研究結果歸納電腦周邊產業生態軌跡與組織理論之相關命題，以為後續實證之基礎。
