    Title: RFID發展現況：以專利分析角度探討

    Abstract: 本研究以專利分析方法，探討無線射頻辨識(RFID)技術之研發現況。本研究專利指標包括專利數目比較分析、引證數分析、專利分類號分析以及技術生命週期分析等，分析內容包括國家層次、廠商層次與技術層次，並以美國專利商標局專利資料庫進行相關無線射頻辨識(RFID)檢索。在國家層次專利產出分析方面，美國表現最為優異，在廠商層次的表現則以Micron Technology公司取得最多專利件數為最佳，而技術層次主要著重在UPC技術領域340/572/001。研究結果將提供台灣RFID廠商與政府做為RFID研發創新的參考。
