This study applied fuzzy statistics to address the following topics: (1) the patterns of college students’ time management; (2) the gap of time management between college students actually and ideally spend on learning, working, entertaining, and sleeping; (3) the relationship of time management and learning performance. We selected gender, years of study in college, and major differences as independent variables to analyze the students’ time management and their learning performance. According to the patterns of time management, we built a fuzzy index to explain the efficiency of time management. The results revealed that the fuzzy statistics can be used to interpret the time management efficiency and their relationship with learning performance properly.
