    Title: A Method for Promoting Vision in Secondary Schools: A Novel Hybrid Model based on Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS

    Abstract: The aim of this study is to provide the most workable vision promotion method for secondary schools in Taiwan. In accordance with a body of literature and related research, in the measuring indices dimension, the study develops two related dimensions—vision perception and organizational management—which fit the characteristics of secondary schools. The hierarchical framework of this study for secondary schools is constructed based on these two dimensions and the factors under each. In the projects part, based on the educational environment in Taiwan, the study develops three vision-promotion methods, Initiator, Manager, and Responder, after summarizing a stream of literature. The present study finds that the most workable vision-promotion method for secondary schools in Taiwan is the Manager method.
