    Abstract: 本計畫擬研究具有三層鈦酸鈣礦( Triple-perovskite)結構的La-Sr-Ba-Cu-O系統超導體的 組成□製備方法□物理性質和化學性質間之關 係.取CuO的莫耳數為所有金屬氧化物莫耳數的 一半,加入不同莫耳數的La/sub 2/O/sub 3/,SrO和BaO 作為起始組成,尋找四者互溶成單相化合物的 溶解度極限.測量這些固溶體的包晶點( Peritectic potint),X-光繞射圖譜,氧含量,Tc及磁化 率,尋找這些性質彼此間的關連,再與我們過去 所得之La-Ca-Ba-Cu-O化合物的結果作比較,可以了 解物質由半導體轉變超導的原因和影響超導性 的重要因子.
