    Abstract: 本研究以台灣製造業為例,以結構方程模式(SEM)進行分析,實証結果發現,企業環保意識與企業環保主動性,對於企業環保承諾有正向的影響;而企業環保承諾對於企業環保績效也其有正向的影響,但是,企業環保意識與企業環保主動性,對於企業環保績效並沒有顯著正向的影響,因此企業環保承諾在企業環保意識與企業環保主動性、企業環保績效之間,扮演完全中介的角色。
