    摘要: Within the Sports environment, it the human resource that has becomes the key, focusing on the know-how drives recent emphasis on human resources development and management. People are crucial to sports organizations, not only that to stay in the business, but also to be competitively strong. How to strive the efficiency of the organization's human resources is the team leader’s task, the common strategy used by the leaders to improve the performance is through ”motivation”, but single incentive can’t meet the needs of today's athletes, so in order to improve the total performance, it is crucial to create incentives to meet the diversity of athletes. Through literature analyzes, this article generalizes the evolution of motivation theory, through applying motivation theory model to professional athletes of our country, we developed 7 kinds of definite methods. Finally, through this study, we hope to catch attention of the management levels, to put attention on the needs and management of our athletes, and thus elevate our athlete’s performance in the international arena.
