摘要:	「數位典藏」與「數位學習」是近年來國家型計畫所積極推廣的重要議題,透過「數位典藏國家型科技計畫」的進行,豐富多元的典藏資源在中小學教學、終身學習及成人學習都有普遍的應用;然而隨著各領域使用數位典藏資源的廣度與深度增加,對於資源素材數位化的品質與需求也與日俱增,再加上典藏的數量越來越多,不同形式的創作隨之出現,為使各種創作都能具一致性的規格以便使用者運用,因此,將數位典藏製作的流程與標準制度化是有其必要性的。並且,若能將後設資料 (metadata) 的技術與典藏的製作標準融入,必有助於數位典藏的發展。本研究依據教學設計的理論原則, 將數位典藏的製作標準與流程與後設資料技術做系統化的整理,設計出數位搭配實體的混成課程,藉以促進數位典藏從業人員學習典藏的專業知識,並提供機會讓學習者進行典藏經驗的分享,另外, 亦使訓練推廣教學課程成為典藏資源的一部份。經由實際的施行後, 本研究針對實施結果進行評估與檢討,並提出若干建議,希望對日後數位典藏訓練推廣課程的規劃能有所幫助。 Currently, digital archive and e-learning are important issues in Taiwan. Via the National Digital Archives Program, various archived elements and sources are used and enhance the instructions in public educations, lifetime learning, and adult learning. With the increasing the usage of the sources of the digital archive, it is necessary to set a systematic process and the standard and metadata of digital archive to ensure the quality of sources to support the development of digital archive program. This study gathered the content of digital archive standards and metadata, and designed two blended online courses which according to the instructional design principle. These two courses not only encouraged learners to get more professional knowledge about digital archive, but also provided opportunities for learners to share the experience and expertise of digital archive. Moreover, these two courses are also a part of digital archive source which could be shared and reused. After implementing the program practically, this study evaluated the implementation result and made some suggestions. Expecting it will be advantageous to digital archive professions and program development.
