In order to cultivate students in researching life sciences and promote research level in bioindustry, the Graduate Institute of Life Sciences was therefore established in 2003. It offers a master program for graduates with an interest and passion for life sciences. The courses covering a diverse spectrum include cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, cancer biology, bioinformatics, structural biology, genomics and proteomics to provide each graduate with the intellectual background, laboratory skills, and research experience necessary to be successful in his/her future scientific endeavors.
