    Abstract: 本計劃分為三年 : 第一年 : 雷射陣列與高速光交換網路之智慧型交換機之設計。 (1) 高速切換之可調式雷射 (Tunable Laser) 之最佳化電流組合與穩定性分析。 (2) 利用可調式雷射群組化之可調式雷射陣列模組化設計。 (3) 可調式雷射陣列 (Tunable Lasers Array) 之波長穩定度研究。 (4) 可調式雷射陣列之變換通道之穩定性研究。 (5) 具通道監控之可調式雷射陣列可行性分析。 (6) 快速切換變換通道可調式雷射陣列之最佳化電流組合架構分析。 (7) 高速切換之可調式雷射與光纖網路之交換機平台設計。 (8) 模組化交換機平台設計之可行性分析。 (9) 模組化後之可調式雷射陣列與交換機之效能模擬與分析。 (10) 探討利用可調式雷射陣列來實現正交分頻多工接取 (OFDM)之可行性分析。 第二年 : 將Optical HARQ 應用於高速移動換手下之光纖網路設計與研究。 (1) HARQ 相關參數研究與討論。 (2) 電訊號HARQ 與光訊號HARQ 之重要參數的比較與分析。 (3) 探討Optical HARQ 應用於光纖網路之技術研究。 (4) 應用於光纖網路時Optical HARQ 中Optical Memory 與Optical Queue 之容量分析與最佳化設計。 (5) 運用雷射陣列高速通道切換技術於Optical HARQ 架構中之研究。 (6) 運用雷射陣列高速通道切換技術於Local Switch 之研究。 (7) 運用雷射陣列高速通道切換技術於Global Switch 之研究。 (8) 在高速度移動中基地台之間換手使用Optical HARQ 技術傳送封包機制之設計。 (9) 基地台之後端光纖網路整合Optical HARQ 之最佳化分析。 (10) 在高速度移動中基地台之間換手整合雷射陣列高速切換通道技術與Optical HARQ 技術之設計。 第三年 : 將Optical HARQ 與Optical Co-MIMO技術應用於基地台光纖網路高速移動或超高容量需求下之整合 平台研究。 (1) 在高速度移動中基地台之間換手使用Optical HARQ 技術之拓樸架構模擬平台建立。 (2) 將Optical HARQ 技術應用於高速移動或超高容量需求下之實例探討與研究—高速鐵路 (3) 使用Optical HARQ 之技術實現IEEE 802.16 規約下之架構設計。 (4) Hybrid 光電HARQ 架構。 (5) 探討Optical Co-MIMO 應用於光網路技術之可行性分析。 (6) 運用雷射陣列技術於Optical Co-MIMO 架構中提升容量之研究。 (7) Optical Co-MIMO 換手技術之研究。 (8) 在超高容量需求下各基地台之間利用Optical Co-MIMO 技術傳送封包機制之設計。 (9) 在超高容量需求下使用整合雷射陣列提升容量技術與Optical Co-MIMO 技術之研究。 (10) 在超高容量需求下使用Optical Co-MIMO 技術之拓樸架構模擬平台建立。
    1st year: Design of Smart Switching Algorithm for Lasers Array Used at High Speed Optical Switching Network (1) Design of Optimal Current Combination and Stability Analysis of Tunable Lasers at High Speed Switching (2) Design of Modularized Tunable Lasers Array by Using Group-wised Tunable Lasers (3) Wavelength Stability Study of Tunable Lasers Array (4) Stability Study of Switching Channels of Tunable Lasers Array (5) Feasibility Study of Implementing Channel Monitor in Tunable Lasers Array (6) Architecture Analysis of Optimal Current Combination in Tunable Lasers to Transfer Channels at High Speed Switching (7) Design of Switching Platform with High Speed Switching of Tunable Laser and Optical Fiber Network (8) Feasibility Study in the Design of Modularized Switching Platform (9) Performance Simulation and Analysis of Modularized Tunable Lasers Array and Switching Algorithm (10) Feasibility Study of Using Tunable Lasers Array to Implement Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDMA) 2nd year: Design and Study of Optical Fiber Network by Applying Optical HARQ to Handover in High Mobility Environment (1) Study and Investigate Relevant Parameters in HARQ (2) Comparison and Analysis of Important Parameters between Electric HARQ and Optical HARQ. (3) Study of Applying Optical HARQ Technique in Optical Fiber Network (4) Capacity Analysis and Optimization Design of Optical Memory and Optical Queue by Applying Optical HARQ in Optical Fiber Network (5) Study of Applying High Speed Channel Switching Technique of Lasers Array to the Architecture of Optical HARQ (6) Study of Applying High Speed Channel Switching Technique of Lasers Array to Local Switch (7) Study of Applying High Speed Channel Switching Technique of Lasers Array to Global Switch (8) Study the Mechanism of Packets Transmission by Applying Optical HARQ Technique in the Handover between Base Stations in the High Mobility Environment (9) The Optimal Design of Optical HARQ in the Integrating of Optical Fiber Networks at the Rear End of the Base Station (10) Design of Integrating High Speed Channel Switching in Laser Array and Optical HARQ for the Handover between Base Stations in the High Mobility Environment 3rd year: Study the Platform Integration by Applying Optical HARQ and Optical Co-MIMO Techniques to the Optical Fiber Networks at the Base Station with High Speed Mobility Environment or with the Requirement of Extra High Capacity (1) The Installation of Simulation Platform for the Topology Architecture by applying Optical HARQ Technique in the Handover between Base Stations in the High Mobility Environment. (2) Practical Case Study: High Speed Train by applying Optical HARQ Technique to High Speed Mobility Environment or Extra High Capacity Demand. (3) The Architecture Design by Applying Optical HARQ Technique in the Realization of IEEE 802.16 Protocol. (4) Study the Architecture of the Hybrid Electric and Optical HARQ (5) The Feasibility Study of Applying Optical Co-MIMO Technique to Optical Fiber Network (6) Study the Possible Capacity Increase by Applying Lasers Array Technique to the Optical Co-MIMO Architecture (7) Study the Handover Technique in Optical Co-MIMO (8) Design the Mechanism of Packets Transmission between Base Stations by Applying Optical Co-MIMO Technique between Base Stations with Extra High Capacity Requirement (9) Under Extra High Capacity Remand, Study the Capacity Improvement Technique and the Optical Co-MIMO Technique by Applying Integrating Lasers Array (10) Under Extra High Capacity Remand, Set Up Simulation Platform for the Topology Architecture Resulting from Applying Optical Co-MIMO Technique.
