Abstract:	目前台灣運輸領域並無一套有系統架構的知識分類準則，身為運輸管理知識專業之研讀者，對於目前台灣地區運輸專業研究人才產出知識之分類，產生研究的興趣。運輸知識分類的準則來自於知識庫，希望對台灣地區運輸學科領域知識之著作論文及期刊，利用知識管理計量之方式，以繪製知識圖譜的概念，將知識計量做一地圖與譜系之間的結合，剖析台灣地區運輸學科領域知識源頭及分支，將知識以分層分支的概念逐次延展開來，從中有效獲取知識、整理知識分群以及探索知識發展之前沿領域，對台灣運輸學科領域做一系統化的知識分類整理，促使研讀運輸的學生及研究人員皆能明確了解自己在學術學科領域之定位；因此，以研究運輸領域文獻作為實證分析基礎更顯得有價值，其代表公開知識的研究能量與產出，本研究以智慧型運輸系統之學術領域作為初探研究對象進行實證研究。本研究旨在藉由網路電子資料庫分析台灣運輸學科中智慧型運輸系統文獻成長與分布特性，擬達成下列之目的： 1.建構台灣ITS 學科文獻之分類準則 2.透過實證研究探討網路環境下台灣ITS 學科文獻之特性 3.分析台灣ITS 學科文獻與產官學界之資源分配發展趨勢 4.台灣ITS 學科作者群之分佈情況 There is no transportation-based knowledge mapping available in Taiwan. With the help of Scientometrics, Bibliometrics, Informetrics and Webometrics the academic interests in Knowledge mapping for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) become feasible and user-friendly. In this study, text mining and data mining methods are reviewed firstly. The appropriate method for ITS knowledge mapping is then chosen, then the visualizing ITS knowledge domains is presented. Finally a survey of expert comments on ITS knowledge mapping is conducted. The results of this study are: 1.To construct classification principles for ITS knowledge in Taiwan. 2.To explore ITS webometricsin Taiwan. 3.To analyze ITS research resources distribution in Taiwan. 4.To demonstrate distribution of ITS researchers and academic institutes in Taiwan. 表 C011 共 1 頁第 1 頁
