摘要:	本文旨在探討民主制度轉型後的台灣社會，是否已經相對應地建立起主動參與公共事務的公民意識，並將焦點集中在領袖情結的分析上。經研究發現，代表自我政治能力評估的內在政治效能感、影響政治產出的主觀能力認知之外在政治效能感，以及對民主政治的信任程度，是影響民眾領袖情結程度的重要心理變數。研究結果也指出，不同政治世代參與政治的經驗，對於民眾領袖情結有顯著的影響。在民主制度建立完備後成長的第四代民眾，因為制度轉型後的政治與社會失序現象，開始失去對民主政治的信心，轉而仰望強有力的領袖出現帶領。這種政治效能感與政治信任的倒退，成為公民意識的破口，而潛在危及未來民主制度的鞏固。 This study focuses on Taiwanese people’s leadership complex and intends to manifest whether Taiwan society has ever established a civic awareness that encourages actively public affair participation. The research result indicates that the sense of internal political efficacy, the sense of external political efficacy, and political trust are the three influential political psychological factors for the leadership complex. Each political generation’s experience of political participation has a significant impact on the leadership complex. For the fourth political generation who become mature in the democratic period lose faith on the democracy due to the chaos in the political transition process. They therefore shift to rely on a strong political leader. This backwardness becomes a breakthrough point of civic awareness which potentially jeopardizes the Taiwan’s democratic consolidation.
