調洪池主要功能為削減洪峰或將逕流延時延長,設計調洪池時,有一目標最大容許排洪量,當未達洪峰之前,期望調洪池之出流量為最大容許排洪量,當洪峰來臨時調洪池庫容足夠蓄洪,以達調洪池之最高效率。
本研究主要針對台北市內湖區大湖山莊調洪沉砂池之非恆態流水工模型試驗。試驗內容包括
1.模型測試:箱涵曼寧係數率定、豎井出口閘門之開口高度與排水量測試、豎井水位敏感度分析之下游排水道控制水位、豎井水位敏感度分析之米粉坑溪入流量測試、調洪池現況分析。
2.不同降雨延時之模型水位試驗:5年降雨延時、10年降雨延時、納莉風災歷線。
試驗結果顯示豎井開口閘門應採取高度為0.55m之固定孔口,而溢流明渠左岸應調整其高程,增加0.5m以確保調洪沉砂池可調節納莉颱風雨之原始規劃設計。 Main function of flood pool or to reduce peak runoff extended delay. This study focuses on Dahu Shanzhuang Neihu District, Taipei detention grit chamber of Hydraulic model test.
The test items include:
1. Model box culvert testing: Manning coefficient calibration.Gate with a displacement of the test shaft. Shaft water level and downstream water level test. Shaft water level and flow measurement. The status of flood pool test.
