    摘要: 近年來,國內外廣泛地探討都市垃圾焚化飛灰資源化再利用之方式,然而,眾多的再利用方式仍有缺點。為了增加飛灰回收再利用之價值,嘗試將飛灰進行功能陶瓷的燒製,希望能使飛灰多一種再利用的途徑,以提高飛灰的再利用價值。
    本研究主要利用飛灰中的鈣含量高的特性,再與高嶺土混合,配合機械化學及高溫固相反應法合成鈣長石基陶瓷材料。本研究分為四個階段:根據鈣長石的理論組成依照化學劑量比算出鈣長石基陶瓷材料之配比、加入機械化學程序及高溫固相反應法加以探討、嘗試找出經過機械化學法及高溫固相反應法後合成鈣長石結晶含量的最佳條件範圍、針對最佳條件所合成出的鈣長石基陶瓷材料做工程性質上的分析。
    實驗結果得知,使用飛灰作為原料及添加機械化學法皆能促進鈣長石基陶瓷材料的生成,並使得合成鈣長石基陶瓷材料所需要的燒結溫度由理論溫度1500 ℃降至971 ℃。研磨時間1 hr、燒結溫度 1200 ℃下的燒結體能夠得到良好的工程性質,介電常數為4.16、介電損耗為0.006、熱膨脹係數為3.90×10-6 /℃,與常用於積體電路之氧化鋁基片相比顯示具有取代氧化鋁陶瓷的能力,有良好的經濟效應。此外,燒結體TCLP重金屬的含量低、相當的安全可靠,使用此再生材料時較不會產生二次污染,對於環境負荷相當輕微。
    Anorthite-based ceramic (ABC) materials have been proved to have better characteristics than traditional aluminum-based materials in the IC manufacturing. Many researches discussed the substitution substance to improve the properties in the firing processes, among then different sources such as Ca and Si were studied. Municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash contains abundant of CaO and SiO2, it is possible to be used as the additive during the producing of ABC material after proper pretreatment, which will elevate the value greatly in the waste recovery process.
    The study investigated the structure and dielectric properties of ceramic products through the mechanochemical synthesize and then sintering. MSWI fly ash was added to lower the sintering temperature and to improve the crystallization. The structure was identified by X-ray diffraction (XRD).
    The results showed that, the sintering temperature range of fly ash addition synthesis of ABC materials is 1500℃ to 971℃. At the condition of 1200℃ and 1 h sintering exhibited the best dielectric characteristics εr 4.16, dielectric loss factor 0.006 and thermal expansion coefficient (CET) 3.90×10-6 /℃, which is better than traditional alumina substrate. In addition, heavy metals concentration of TCLP are all far below the limitations of hazardous waste identification.
