隨著資訊科技的進步，許多重要的研究和文化皆以網路形式被記載，使用者可以輕易的透過網站獲得資訊，然而網站資源成長且更新快速，但是網站存在的時效短且保存不易，使得各國家圖書館開始重視網站資源的典藏，要將這些重要的資訊保存下來，進而開始陸續的推動網站典藏計畫。 本研究主要是探討各國家圖書館的網站典藏，是否有相關法定送存制度，經由文獻探討與比較分析，瞭解各國家圖書館網站送存制度和網站典藏政策，提出我國網站典藏和法定送存制度修訂之建議以為參考。 根據研究的結果，本研究最後歸納出以下建議： 一、可先擬定網站典藏作業規則或收錄指南 二、因應網站典藏修訂現有法定送存制度 三、網站典藏政策與收錄範圍的制定須與電子出版品共同檢視 四、建立跨機構的網站典藏機制，廣泛的收錄保存網站資源 As information technology changes rapidly, many websites are culturally valuable and many important academic researches have been disseminated on the Web. Users can easily access information by the web site. Websites not only growing and updating quickly, but the life of a Web page is short and difficult to preserve. Many national libraries emphasize on internet resource preservation, and have gradually developed web archiving projects to preserve and access network resources. The study through literature analysis and Comparative Study research the legal deposit policy of websites, the background and the policy of web archive. Finally, come up with the constructive suggestions of the websites deposit and web archive projects for National Central Library. According to results in this study, some suggestions as following: 1. Develop the Guidelines for the selection of websites for archiving. 2. Revise the legal deposit. 3. Establish the web archive policy with electronic publications and internet resources. 4. Cooperate to develop the web archive with other libraries, institutions and countries.
