For only one decade, Pre-press Industry has been totally changed.
For the early Taiwan’s political status, Printing Industry had become a domestic Industry. In Taiwan’s miracle era, massive Printing equipment investment, needs of printing products had push it reached the peak. In this Industry as only as massive purchased equipments then you are the profit maker. As this status shown, people were rushing in the field. After the big profit making era, Taiwan’s investing environments were stepping down, came after all kind industry moved into China, brought down printing volume. Following the Internet and New Business Model, competitors cut throat strategy make the industry a whole mess. Pre-press Industry margin has dropped sharply.
The Study Case – S company is one of the medium-large scale companies in Taiwan. Affected by recent year’s new dramatic technology and new business model changing, causes its facing the difficulties. As the result of this study, researcher is suggesting S company needs to integrate Printing technology, IT technology and Internet service for further managing strategy concerned.
