    摘要: 面臨全球化市場的競爭壓力，各國政府極力推動文化產業發展策略，以回應經濟全球化所帶來的重大衝擊。地方文化產業也成了近年來各地方經濟發展的主要動力，由於其所擁有的地域性特色、地方的獨特性以及文化符號意象獨有的產業發展特質，使得地方文化產業行銷成為地區的新興發展重點。
    本研究主要以雲林縣北港鎮為研究對象，整理北港鎮地方文化產業的內容，進而探討北港鎮地方文化產業的發展概況，透過訪談了解地方居民對於地方文化產業發展的看法以及期待，並且使用SWOT分析地方文化產業發展之優劣條件。同時，運用未來學研究之情節分析概念，建構北港鎮地方文化產業發展之未來圖像。
    In the face of marketing competitiveness and pressure due to globalization, governments in every country are taking a positive attitude to build up the structure of cultural organization and cultural industry development to cope with significant impacts resulting from the global economic development. Recently the “local cultural industry” has become a major motivation of local economic development. The marketing of local cultural industry has proved to be the key point in promoting the region due to the remarkable characteristics of industry development such as the regional characteristic, local uniqueness, sign images.
    This research is based on the local cultural industry of Beigang town, by adopting semi-structured interviews and scenario analysis, this research gathers ideas and opinions of the people of the development of local cultural industry. The analysis intends to find the key drivers that are forming the development of local cultural industry. And the interviewees through the oral presentation to express their images about the future.
    In order to realize this purpose, the researcher adopts SWOT analysis to summing up advantageous position and disadvantageous positions of the development of local cultural industry .In conclusion, this research applies alternative scenarios to explore a great deal of thinking approaches to desirable, plausible, possible and undesirable futures of the development of local cultural industry of Beigang town.
