    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討國軍校院校長領導行為與教師工作滿意度的關係。採用問卷調查法為主要的研究方法,依相關文獻編製預試問卷並進行預試,而後根據預試結果完成「校長領導行為與教師工作滿意度調查問卷」,在7所高等教育層級之國軍基礎校院中,共抽取514位軍、文職教師為樣本,回收有效問卷共510份。以SPSS forWindows 14.0中文版套裝軟體為資料分析工具,採次數分配、平均數、標準差分析、t考驗與單因子變異數分析、薛費法事後比較分析及皮爾森積差相關等方法進行問卷統計分析。
    根據研究結果,歸納出以下結論:
    一、國軍院校教師對整體領導行為及各層面的知覺頗高,顯示國軍校
    院校長各領導層面的領導方式皆有採用之,但仍以「倡導」領導
    方式的平均數較高,可見國軍校院校長是以「倡導」的領導行為
    來領導學校教師。
    二、國軍院校教師知覺工作滿意度現況良好。
    三、不同年齡、不同婚姻狀況及擔任不同職務之國軍校院教師在校長
    領導知覺上皆有顯著差異。
    四、不同年齡、不同服務年資、不同學歷、不同婚姻狀況、擔任不同
    職務及任教不同學校規模之國軍校院教師在知覺工作滿意度上皆
    有顯著差異。
    五、國軍校院教師知覺校長的關懷領導行為越多,則教師工作滿意度
    越高。   
    六、國軍校院教師知覺校長的倡導領導行為越多,則教師工作滿意度
    越低。
    根據上述研究結論提出建議,以供軍事教育主管機關、國軍校院校長及未來研究者之參考。
    The objective of this study is to probe into the relationship between presidential leadership behavior and faculty member job satisfaction level at military academies. A survey was used as the main method of research. A pilot test was conducted through a self-developed questionnaire referenced on related literature, then, based on the results of this pilot test, a final “Presidential Leadership Behavior and Faculty Job Satisfaction Level Questionnaire” was compiled. The questionnaire was handed to 514 military and civil posted faculty members in 7 institutions of higher education level military academies, with 510 valid samples collected. Valid data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows 14.0, comprehensive analysis were made using statistical methods such as frequency, averages, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method and Pearson’s correlation methods.
    Following conclusions of this study were made based on the results:
    1.The perception of leadership behavior is high among military academy faculty members, showing that military academy presidents have adopted leadership behavior in various areas, with “initiation” as the majority leadership method. Therefore we can say that military academy presidents utilize “initiation” as a leadership behavior in leading the teachers.
    2.Military academy faculty members’ current job satisfaction level is well.
    3.Perception of presidential leadership behavior is significantly different among faculty members of different age, marital status and job title.
    4.Faculty member’s job satisfaction level is significantly different among faculty members of different age, years in service, education level, marital status, job title, and institutional size.
    5.The more the military academy presidents adopt a consideration leadership style, the higher the level of job satisfaction among faculty members.
    6.The more the military academy presidents adopt an initiation leadership style, the lower the level of job satisfaction among faculty members.
    Based on the conclusions of this research, suggestions are made as references for the regulatory authority of military academies, presidents of military academies as well as future researchers.
