    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討臺北市國民中學校長轉型領導與教師學習社群之關係,採用問卷調查法為主要的研究方法,以自編之「臺北市國民中學校長轉型領導與教師學習社群關係之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,研究對象為臺北市國民中學教師,有效樣本共607份。所得資料採用SPSS17.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關以及多元逐步迴歸等統計方法分析。
    根據研究結果,歸納出以下結論:
    一、臺北市國中教師知覺校長轉型領導行為情形良好,其中以「激勵鼓舞」知覺程度最高,「啟發才智」知覺程度最低。
    二、臺北市國中教師知覺教師學習社群特徵情形良好,其中以「合作學習」知覺程度最高,「目標願景」知覺程度最低。
    三、臺北市國中教師對校長轉型領導的知覺情形會因學校歷史的不同有顯著差異;而在性別、學歷、工作年資、擔任職務、學校規模上則無顯著差異。
    四、臺北市國中教師對教師學習社群的知覺情形會因性別的不同有顯著差異;而在學歷、工作年資、擔任職務、學校規模、學校歷史上則無顯著差異。
    五、臺北市國中校長轉型領導與教師學習社群有顯著正相關。
    六、臺北市國中校長轉型領導能有效預測教師學習社群。
    最後根據研究結果與結論,提出具體建議,以供教育行政主管機關、國民中學行政主管及後續研究之參考。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between principals’ transformational leadership and teachers'' learning community of the junior high schools in Taipei City. This study was conducted through questionnaires. The samples consisted of 607 junior high school teachers in Taipei City.
    The results of this study are as follow:
    1. Junior high school teachers perceived a high level of principals’ transformational leadership.
    2. Junior high school teachers perceived a high level of teachers'' learning community.
    3. There were significant differences in junior high school teachers’ perceptions of principals’ transformational leadership based on school history.
    4. There were significant differences in junior high school teachers’ perceptions of teachers'' learning community based on gender.
    5. Junior high school principals’ transformational leadership was significantly related to teachers'' learning community.
    6. Junior high school principals’ transformational leadership was a strong predictor of teachers'' learning community.
    Finally, suggestions based on the above research findings were presented for educational administration authorities, school administration managers, and the further advanced studies.
