摘要: | 本研究旨在探討國內大學新生電子化單一入口網站[大學新生入口網站]新生定向輔導內容與服務型式,以及大學學生對於學校提供新生定向輔導之需求程度。本研究以自編之「大學新生電子化單一入口網站定向輔導評估檢核表」及「大學新生入口網站定向輔導需求調查問卷」為工具。針對63所一般校院及8所師範暨教育大學中提供新生入口網站之61所大學校院進行內容分析,並邀請大學學生進行問卷調查。依據61所大學校院普查結果及問卷有效樣本492份資料,以SPSS12.0套裝軟體進行統計分析,包括描述性統計、卡方考驗、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等。依據研究結果,規納出以下結論: 一、我國大學新生電子化單一入口網站分析 (一)大學提供新生入口網站服務,為國內大學網路服務發展趨勢,以首頁提供連結之獨立專區居多;(二)國內大學新生入口網站服務內容提供比例,依序為「校園環境」、「學校規章」、「生活規劃」、「校風文化」,最後為「學習規劃」;(三)國內大學新生入口網站服務型式提供比例,依序為「多媒體運用」、「可用性」、「互動性」,最後為「無障礙性」;(四)國內大學新生入口網站提供無障礙網站比例過低;(五)國內大學新生入口網站服務之整體傾向,因學校性質不同而有影響。 二、大學新生電子化單一入口網站之需求調查分析 (一)國內大學學生對於新生入口網站提供新生定向輔導需求之整體及各類目服務介於很需要及需要之間;(二)大學學生對於新生入口網站服務提供內容之需求程度,依序為「生活規劃」、「學習規劃」、「校園環境」、「學校規章」,最後為「校風文化」;(三)大學學生對於新生入口網站服務提供型式之需求程度,依序為「可用性」、「互動性」、「無障礙性」,最後為「多媒體運用」;(四)大學學生對新生入口網站需求,因性別不同而有影響;(五)大學學生對新生入口網站需求,因學校性質不同而有影響;(六)大學學生對新生入口網站需求,因所屬學科不同而有影響;(七)大學學生對新生入口網站需求,因年級不同而有影響。 三、大學新生入口網站現況與學生需求之差異分析 (一)學校提供比率偏低,但學生需求程度高的部份,各類目之間差異最大為「學習規劃」;(二)在內容構面,學校提供比率偏低,但學生需求程度高的部份,差異最大為『畢業生進路』;(三)在型態構面,學校提供比率偏低,但學生需求程度高的部份,差異最大為『無障礙網站』。 根據上述研究結論,本研究提出建議,以供大學校院及未來研究者參考。 This study aimed to explore the single E-portal application for University Freshmen orientation in Taiwan, including content, form and students demand of orientation. Content analysis and questionnaire were utilized in the study. That was the survey of 61 universities from E-portal for freshmen which was provided from 63 general and 8 normal universities. Students were invited to fill it on the internet. According to the survey of 61 universities, this study consisted of 492 effective samples and the data was analyzed by SPSS12.0, including descriptive statistics, chi-square test, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Findings were concluded as follow based on the research.
I. Analysis of Single E-portal for freshmen domestic universities in Taiwan: A. Providing Single E-portal for freshmen is trend to internet service from universities. Most universities provide an independent link on Homepage. B. The percentage of content of Single E-portal services in order were “campus environment “, "university rules ", "profession plan ","campus ethos" and "learning plan". C. The percentage of type of services in Single E-portal in order were “multimedia applications”, ”usability”, “interactivity”, and “accessibility”. D. The percentage of accessible webs for the disabled in type of services in Single E-portal was the lowest. E. The integral tendencies to E-portal service differ from character of universities. II. Research on students’ demand on E-portal A. The demand on the whole service and the particular items of orientation of the students in Taiwan were between “quite need” and “need”. B. The demand on the content of Single E-portal of the students in Taiwan are “profession plan”, learning plan”, “campus environment”, university rules”, and "campus ethos". C. The demand on the form of Single E-portal of the students in Taiwan were ”usability” , “interactivity”, “accessibility” , and “multimedia applications” . D. The demand on E-portal of the students in Taiwan was affected by gender. E. The demand on E-portal of the students in Taiwan was affected by character of universities. F. The demand on E-portal of the students in Taiwan was affected by disciplines. G. The demand on E-portal of the students in Taiwan was affected by year. III. Analysis of the relationship between single E-portal for freshmen and students’ demand A. The biggest difference in the low providing rate from universities and the high demanding rate from students in among each items was “learning plan“ B. In terms of content, the biggest difference in the low providing rate from universities and the high demanding rate from students in among each items was “career perspectives“. C. In terms of form, the biggest difference in the low providing rate from universities and the high demanding rate from students in among each items was “web accessibility”. |
