    摘要: 本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民中學代理教師之角色知覺與工作壓力之現況以及兩者的關聯情形。資料之蒐集係以自編之「臺北市國民中學代理教師之角色知覺與工作壓力調查問卷」為研究工具,採取普查方式,針對臺北市國民中學的代理教師進行調查,共發出521份問卷,回收有效問卷499份,並以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析。茲列述本研究之主要發現如下:
    ㄧ、臺北市國民中學代理教師整體角色知覺屬中上程度之認同,其中以「角色認知」方面之認同程度為最高。
    二、臺北市國民中學代理教師之角色知覺不因「性別」、「年齡」、「學校地區」等背景變項而差異。
    三、臺北市國民中學代理教師之角色知覺因「代理教師年資」、「學歷」、「專業教育」、「職務」及「學校規模」等背景變項不同而有顯著差異。
    四、臺北市國民中學代理教師整體工作壓力屬中等程度,其中以「支持系統」面向之工作壓力為最高。
    五、臺北市國民中學代理教師之工作壓力不因「學校規模」及「學校地區」等背景變項而差異。
    六、臺北市國民中學代理教師之工作壓力因「性別」、「年齡」、「代理教師年資」、「學歷」、「專業教育」及「職務」等背景變項不同而有顯著差異。
    七、臺北市國民中學代理教師之角色知覺與工作壓力具有負相關,角色認同程度愈高則工作壓力愈小。
    依據上述研究發現,本研究對教育主管機關、國民中學、代理教師以及未來研究提出若干建議。
    This survey research aimed to explore the junior high school substitute teachers’ role perception and their job stress. A questionnaire was administered to substitute teachers of the junior high schools in Taipei City. Data were collected from 499 substitute teachers of the junior high school in Taipei City and were analyzed with the methods of descriptive statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and regression analysis.
    The main findings of this study were as follows:
    1. The role perception of the junior high school substitute teachers in Taipei City was intermediate.
    2. There was no significant difference in the role perception of the junior high school substitute teachers in Taipei City by genders, ages, and school area.
    3. There were impacts on the role perception of the junior high school substitute teachers in Taipei City by substitute teachers’ years of service, academic degree, professional education background, duty, and school size.
    4. The job stress of the junior high school substitute teachers in Taipei City was at intermediate level.
    5. There was no significant difference in the job stress of the junior high school substitute teachers in Taipei City by school area and school size.
    6. There were significant differences in the job stress of the junior high school substitute teachers in Taipei City by genders, ages, and substitute teachers’ years of service, academic degree, professional education background, and duty.
    7. There was significant negative correlation between role perception and job stress of the junior high school substitute teachers in Taipei City.
    Based on results of this study, some suggestions were proposed to school administrators, policy makers, and future researchers.
