    Abstract: 本計劃擬以EXAFS分析RE1-XCaXBa2Cu3O7-* 。RE LIII-edge及Ca K-edge將被用來測量RE及鈣位置的周圍環境,以及鈣摻雜量對其配位數與鄰原子之距離產生的影響,Cu K-edge將用來測量銅氧鏈結構中的氧排列受到鈣摻雜以及即當RE位置的離子尺寸改變時產生的變化。分析結果將提供RE-123系統中鈣摻雜與RE位置離子尺寸造成晶體結構,尤其是氧排列的變化與超導性質改變的詳細資料,對探討RE-123系統高溫超導體的基本機制進行進一步的了解。
