(一) 以現階段來臺觀光陸客對自由行的意向與臺灣社會對陸客自由行的看法,藉以探討全面開放陸客自由行之預期效應。 (二) 分析探討開放陸客自由行對我國所產生之利弊得失。 (三) 評估政府在考量開放大陸觀光客來臺自由行的切中程度及因應調整運用策略的狀況。 It’s been 20 years for exchange between cross strait since 1987, and government had palyed as a critical role to observe the situation. When ruling party switches over to enhance contact with Mainland China in 2008, How do Taiwanese people face this fact? Is tourism exchange the only way to promote Taiwanese economy, or just a transition of free independent travel (FIT) for mainland tourists? From media, Taiwanese people have noticed that there are Chinese tourists everywhere nearby. It indicates that cross strait relationship has changed to a new form from two nations to consultation in between KMT and CPC. However, opening mainland tourists’ travel to Taiwan entirely has impacted us in many aspects such as politics, economy and society. It is also possible to open FIT for mainland tourist in near future. Although there are only 2 years for entire opening tourism, many issues have come up regarding peace and economy. Is Taiwan ready to open FIT entirely for mainland people? Will this policy concern national security or even to society, economy, and culture in long term? The research will analyse impacts and changes in politics, economy and society based on the situation of mainlan people’s travel in Taiwan. According to the background, there are three objects will be discussed in following contents: 1. To predict the feasibility of FIT in Taiwan for mainland tourist based on Taiwanese people’s view and current mainland tourists’ conducts. 2. SWOT analysis of FIT for mailand tourist. 3. To evaluate how government react and adjust strategy by considering to open FIT entirely.
