    Abstract: 一種儲存單元，包括一第一反相器，具有一輸入端耦接至一寫入埠，以及一輸出端耦接至一讀出埠；一第二反相器，具有一輸入端耦接至讀出埠，以及一輸出端耦接至寫入埠，且與上述第一反相器構成一第一栓鎖單元；以及一第三反相器，具有一輸入端耦接至至寫入埠，以及一輸出端耦接讀出埠，並與上述第一反相器係構成一第二栓鎖單元，其中上述第一、第二栓鎖單元具有不同寫入臨界電壓。
