    Abstract: 本發明係一種有關於感光性樹脂層表面微結構之模帶對輥輪(Tape-to-Roll; TTR)成型方法,尤指一種藉由一種表面具微結構且該微結構具抗沾黏及低表面能之成型模帶與固化前之感光性樹脂(如UV膠)層壓印成型,壓印同時經由一表面初步固化UV燈,使該感光性樹脂或黏膠在進入完全固化成型UV燈前,使該感光性樹脂層的表面產生固化,喪夫流動性,以避免所壓印成形之微結構,產生潰散或變形之方法,最後使用固化成型UV燈將初步固化之感光性樹脂層微結構完全固化。本發明還包括依此方法所製得之光學薄膜(optical film)。
