Abstract:	一種超音波加工刀具,係用以使被加工基材形成柱狀結構者,包括一本體,具有一凹槽及至少一與凹槽連通的孔;孔位於凹槽的槽口的範圍內且連通本體的外部;在加工過程中,使柱狀結構被容置於本體的凹槽內,本體的凹槽的槽壁較不會碰觸該柱狀結構,而使柱狀結構受到損壞,並能進一步在柱狀結構的側邊進行加工作業,具有更廣泛的加工用途。
