Abstract:	一種金屬基表面複合金屬強化材一次成型之方法及製品，尤其針對鋁基表面複合以具磁性之麻田散鐵系不鏽鋼強化材，係採用壓鑄方法，所不同的是採用新的壓鑄模設計；首先在兩塊模塊與雌模間，沿雌模形狀設置一均勻磁場，並在磁場和雌模間設置一冷卻循環系統，維持壓鑄模於常溫以保有磁場之磁性，同時將具磁性麻田散鐵系不鏽鋼強化材於硫酸鐵浴加以表面處理後，均勻分散於雌模表面並予以鎖模；接著將熔融的鋁合金，經由澆道，澆口射入雌模內與強化材複合，開模取出壓鑄品於空氣爐中作均質化處理，然後淬火於常溫水中製得之複合材，其複合的效果可以保有基材的韌性且可增加表面耐磨效果，同時可一次成型，降低其生產成本。
