    Abstract: 本發明提出一種可用於細胞培養的明膠微圖案的製備技術,包括利用光蝕刻微影技術形成明膠微圖案,再以交聯劑例如戊二醛進行交聯成功的製作出明膠微圖案。本發明的明膠微圖案為一良好細胞培養平台可供特定群集或單一活體細胞之體外觀察使用。
