Abstract:	本發明係一種製造生物可分解聚酯的方法，包括步驟如下：(a)提供一碳源與氮源，與水混合後進行前處理，形成一混合物；(b)提供一耐鹽菌，與一初始培養基，與該混合物混合為一反應液，進行發酵；(c)進行饋料；以及(d)取發酵後該反應液進行聚酯之萃取；其中，該耐鹽菌可耐鹽份之濃度範圍為10-30％。
