    Abstract: 在網際網路的時代，圖書館員的各項專業知能生命週期越來越短，因此館員的繼續教育也變得比以往更重要。但網際網路也提供各種管道，使圖書館員有更豐富的資源可進行自我教育。本文先簡述網際網路帶給圖書館的好處，以及圖書館員應具備的網路素養；其次探討在網際網路的資訊環境中，館員自我教育的重要性；再介紹目前在網際網路裡圖書館員可獲得的自我教育資源。
