    Abstract: 本計畫主要以x 光吸收(x-ray absorption, XAS)與 x 光輻射(x-ray emission, XES)能譜實驗研究準 一維藍青銅礦(Blue bronze ) K0.3MoO3 的電子與原子結構。實驗包含室溫時不同極化方向O K- 和Mo L3-edge XAS 與 XES 量測,以及分別在不同溫度和外加電壓下量測Mo K-edge 延伸X 光吸收精細結 構(Extended x-ray absorption fine structure,EXAFS)。期望由此研究結果瞭解K0.3MoO3 樣品金屬-半導 體電荷密度波(Charge-density-wave,CDW)相變機制。同時當樣品溫度T= 100 K 且外加電壓超過其臨 界值後,樣品中電荷密度波滑動(CDW Sliding)發生時其與原子結構與能帶/能隙變化之關聯研究。
