    Abstract: 我們計劃有三個方面,第一是對於鎢的氧化物體系中RbxWOy在室溫時的金屬 與非金屬相變做更深入的研究,即探討由W 5d( t2g)與O 2p 混成的電子軌域的可 能影響;第二則以RbxWOy的超導溫度Tc、氧含量y 與Rb 原子的滲雜量x 所建構 的相圖為對象,找出相圖的成因,以解決長期以來RbxWOy的超導溫度Tc與Rb 原 子滲雜量的關係所引起的困擾;第三個課題就是由Na0.25Ge0.09WO3為起始材料所合 成的奈米線,它的晶格結構、電性與磁性都需要更進一步的研究。
