Abstract:	前南斯拉兼聯邦之各共和國：史洛凡尼亞、克羅埃西亞、波士尼亞，是經過衝突戰爭而脫離聯邦獨立，然馬其頓之獨立，卻極其平和要合法對民主，未造成流血戰爭。可是馬其頓國家獨立之承認，卻遭到希臘之打壓及未受到國際社會特別的關注。本文就馬其頓為國際承認之奮鬥過程，試機其建初期之外交政策的轉型、發展、推行與成就，作一番之探究，或可供吾國之參考。
