    Abstract: 阿鐸的戲劇觀開展了現代劇場的全新面貌。作為一個開創者,其觀念的醞釀形成仍有跡可循。本文探討影響其觀念形成的主要因素:超現實主義對西方理性傳統的反叛;電影的工作經驗使他對影像與夢的處理有新的體會;東方劇場(特別是峇里島舞蹈)的啟發使他“完全劇場”的理想更為具體化。此外,阿鐸雖然摒棄西方傳統戲劇,但他的戲劇理念與希臘悲劇不論在形上或技術層面,都有不謀而合之處,本文將在最後部份,加以探討。
