本論文主要探討利用GPRS行動通訊系統，建構出輕航機與地面站之間的飛航資訊傳輸機制，並整合於機上之電子飛行資訊系統(Electronic Flight Instrument System, EFIS)，使得機上資訊可經由GPRS下傳至地面站，以方便地面站人員的監控。如飛機的經度、緯度、高度等飛航資訊。透過地面站的監控，飛行員便可透過地面站得知附近空域的狀況，使得飛行更加安全。 This paper discusses that use GPRS communication system to communicate between LSA and Ground Control System, and integrate with Electronic Flight Instrument System on the LSA. We can use GPRS communication system to download all of the flight information, like the longitude, the latitude, the altitude.
