由於近年來臨床手術上採用超音波晶體乳化手術來治療隅角閉鎖型青光眼效果卓越。故我們針對超音波晶體乳化手術的術前與術後進行模擬。超音波晶體乳化手術是利用超音波破壞或乳化混濁的水晶體變成細小的碎片再將其移除，並置入人工水晶體的一種手術。 本研究主要是以數值模擬的方法，來探討超音波晶體乳化手術用於治療隅角閉鎖型青光眼術後於眼球前後房及玻璃體外部的壓力分布狀況，藉以比較手術前後壓力變化差異。 根據本研究所模擬出來的結果，經過超音波晶體乳化手術後，由術前的40~49mmHg降低至12~15mmHg，並與正常人的眼壓相較也降低了28%，與國外臨床量測相似，並且模擬術前與術後的眼內壓力傳遞情形，此研究在臨床量測上是難以做到的，藉此研究讓醫師做為使用超音波晶體乳化手術做為隅角閉鎖型青光眼的第一線治療的依據。 Clinical surgery in recent years adopted phacoemulsification surgery for the treatment of angle closure glaucoma effects of Excellence . Therefore, we focused on phacoemulsification surgery performed before and after the simulation. Phacoemulsification surgery is the use of ultrasound destruction or emulsification cloudy lens into tiny pieces then remove it , and an intraocular lens implantation surgery . This study is based on numerical simulation to explore the phacoemulsification surgery for the treatment of angle closure glaucoma before and after surgery in the eye and vitreous room distribution of external pressure to compare the pressure difference before and after surgery . Simulated according to the results of this study , after phacoemulsification surgery by preoperative 40 ~ 49mmHg reduced to 12 ~ 15mmHg, with normal intraocular pressure is also reduced by 28% compared with the amount of foreign clinical Test similar , and simulation of preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure transmission case , this study on the clinical measurement is difficult to do , to study for physicians to use phacoemulsification surgery as angle closure glaucoma as a first line of Treatment basis.
