Wireless technologies, such as Wifi, Bluetooth, are common in modern times. Since it is wireless, there are fewer limits on where to install the devices equipped with the wireless technology. Some wireless devices are limited in dimensions and resources; for example, the limited power supply, limited hardware resources, weak calculation capability. Clock synchronization will be a major concern and challenge while such devices apply for the system which has a strong demand in timing sequence.
This research focuses on the clock synchronization on the Bluetooth devices. Bluetooth devices are defined as devices that are connected with Bluetooth chips or external Bluetooth dongles. The goal of this research is to look for a valid and achievable mechanism for synchronization and it could be applied for devices which have limited hardware resources.
