本研究主要針對休閒養殖漁場發展與演變，去探討休閒養殖漁場目前經營模式、空間規劃與設施設置情況；空間計劃乃至休閒養殖漁場在規劃前之重要課題，研究重點如下：
1.了解台灣休閒養殖漁場發展與演變。
2.了解目前休閒養殖漁場經營方向與設置概況。
3.探討並定位休閒養殖漁場，使漁場的規劃符合休閒養殖漁場精神。
4.建立休閒養殖漁場應具備設施，以提供休閒養殖漁場在規劃層面之探討。
本研究初步以網路資訊調查，將休閒養殖漁場依經營模式分為，三個方向去探討休閒養殖漁場之經營方式。再利用輔助軟體google earth擷取地圖，初步繪製出休閒養殖漁場空間配置，再實際進行現地調查漁場設置配置情形，加以修正圖面正確性。本研究研究休閒養殖漁場設施調查，主要以下列幾個方向去探討：
（一）、休閒養殖漁場構成要件：休閒養殖漁場設施構成要件包含場所與物件兩大項目，其中土地與空間規劃為場所的構成要件；建築物與設備為物件的構成要
件。休閒養殖漁場設施構成要件：1.土地、2.空間規劃、3.建築物、4.設備。
（二）、休閒養殖漁場在轉型時，可依序經營模式作為初步探討，再做後續發展。
1.以休閒為主產業為輔、2.以產業為主休閒為輔、3.休閒與產業並重。
（三）、漁場與異業聯盟。
（四）、休閒養殖漁場空間規劃可分為：1.漁場經營空間、2.遊客休憩與活動空間、3.生態教育文化空間、4.漁場體驗空間5.漁場服務與其他空間、6.安全及防護措施空間、7.漁場生產空間、8.庭園步道空間。
（五）、休閒養殖漁場設施分類如下：1.漁場經營設施、2.漁村生活食宿設施、3.戶外休憩設施、4.漁村文物體驗設施、5.生態體驗設施、6.漁場體驗設施、7.漁場服務及其他設施、8.安全及防護設施、9.漁場生產設施、10.庭園步道設施、11.園區外設施。
此研究主要的目的是探求休閒養殖漁場設施項目與空間規劃之比例關係，立論基礎是以空間計畫，將休閒養殖漁場空間規劃與休閒養殖漁場設施之關聯性探討；並建構休閒養殖漁場環境之設施項目與設施比例；就前述論及經營模式與空間規劃，從中歸納休閒養殖漁場設施的設置項目，提出休閒養殖漁場設施之規劃方向與設施比例。

Summary
This study focuses on the development and evolution of leisure-based fisheries. It investigates the current business model as well as spatial planning and facility design of the leisure-based fishery industry. Because spatial planning is such an important aspect of leisure-based fisheries, this research focuses on the following:
1.Understanding the development and evolution of Taiwan''s leisure-based fishery
industry.
2.Understanding the current direction of the business model and the set up of the
leisure-based fisheries. .
3.Researching and determining the direction for the leisure-based fishing
farm. Commercial fishery planning must coincide with the spirit of leisure-based
fishery. .
4.The construction of leisure-based fish farms should have facilities that satisfies the
research and planning phase of the leisure-based fishing farms.
With the help of online research, the business model of the leisure-based fishing farm can be split into three directions. Using online Google Earth software to acquire a satellite map of the natural surrounding. Drawing of spatial planning using Google map as a blueprint. Visiting the actual site to survey the landscape . Combining the blueprint and e actual survey to come up with the best and most accurate drawing. When studying the facilities of the leisure-based fish farms, the following important points must be considered:
（一）、Leisure-based fishing farm requirements: Leisure-based fishing farm facility set-up must include two crucial elements of space and objects. Space requirement are the land and spatial planning while the object element covers buildings and equipments. Leisure-based fishery facilities requirements: 1. Land, 2. Spatial Planning, 3. Building, 4. Equipment.
（二）、During the transition of the leisure-based fishing farm, do a preliminary study of the business model and then follow-up with development.
1. Primary focus on leisure and supplemented by commercial fishery
2. Primary focus on commercial fishery and supplemented by leisure
3. Both leisure-based aspect and commercial fishery element are of same importance.
（三）、Fishery and cross-industry alliance.
（四）、Leisure-based fishing farm spatial planning can be divided into:
1. Commercial fishery space.
2. Visitors'' open space.
3. Ecological education and cultural space,
4. Fishing experience space
5. Fisheries service and other spaces,
6. Safety and security space
7. Fisheries production space,
8. Garden, recreational space.
（五）、Leisure-based fishing farm facility setup is as follows:
1. Commercial fishery facilities,
2. Lodging and accommodation facilities
3. Outdoor leisure facilities
4. Fishing equipment facilities,
5. Ecotourism facilities
6. Fishing-farm experience facilities
7. Fisheries service and other facilities
8. Safety and security facilities
9. Fisheries production facilities
10. Garden trail facilities
11. Exterior, off-site facilities.
The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between facility set-up and spatial planning of leisure-based fishing farms. And further, to determine the importance of each elements in respect to leisure-based fishing farm. Afterwards, use this information to determine the direction of the business model in order to begin development.
