透過這些案例看到了「舊建築」和「新產業」的融合，它們創造出不同以往的空間使用形態也提供了上海市轉型的所需。從當中不只是看到硬體的建設，創意人才的培育也將透過這些硬體所培養，它們帶給上海市民未來的發展願景。集文化、觀光、創意、休閒的「創意城市」將會使上海市更受到國際的矚目及重視。雖然上海的都市轉型過程還在進行中，但未來上海的發展將緊緊圍繞了產業升級和城市空間結構調整，因為城市空間的支持是社會變革的主要因素，這些「替代空間」對於「都市轉型」的過程就徹底體現的這一點。 This study use “alternative space” for discussing the working space of cultural and creative industry which is developing rapidly in Shanghai, and investigate the issue of the urban transformation. Shanghai city is confronting the transformation that the industrial structure of city were re-divided in the past few years. Therefore, I take these three creative zones as the investigative object which the function of them were used for the second industry. In pace with decades, the city industry had made these old zones become the history. But they still are the precious historical memory for Shanghai city. Shanghai developes the alternative space of cultural and creative industry to find out the balance and re-use way between protection and destruction for these industrial architectures. With the continuous elevation of business cost and labor cost of economic activity, the renovation for the land of old industrial zones will promote the upgrade and adjustment of industrial structure, and improve the economic value of city industry. These old industrial zones start a new life by coordinating with Shanghai city for the need of urban transformation, and develop the creative industry positively. These spaces response the specail quality of globalization and up-and-coming elite. The content of these zones include the potential to be the space of education, art and culture, entertainment, socail activities and investigation. These multiple development mean that these creative zones possess the features of transformation and city multiple development. Through the cases to see the integration of old architecture and new industry, they create the brand-new space also offer the need for Shanghai transformation. From these situations, we can see that they not only stay focus on the establishment of hardware, but also foster the talented people by theses hardware which bring the future vision for the Shanghai residents. The creative city with culture, tourism, creativity and entertainment will make Shanghai catch the attention from all over the world. Although the urban transformation of Shanghai still goes on, the development will relate to the industrial upgrade and the adjustment of city space in the future in case that the support of city space is the main factor for social revolution. The alternative space of the city transformation is just the point to see clearly.
