本研究藉由「全球八大」就加以整理歸納出企業社會責任之面向與因子，再經由專家訪談後制定出評估工程顧問機構的企業社會責任因子，進一步再以問卷調查來普查工程顧問機構的企業社會責任的認知，回收問卷樣本為341份，有效樣本共計319份，再使用SPSS統計套裝軟體進行分析，依據所得資料數據進行因素分析法分析出重要因子，然後依據問卷所調查出的數據分配各因子之權重，進而製作出工程顧問機構專用的企業社會責任評估表，期使營造業可以有所依據來執行或者是自我檢測。 本研究成果將會達到四點：找到工程顧問機構企業社會責任構面及其因子、衡量出工程顧問機構企業社會責任各因子重要程度、建議各評估因子之百分比和製作出工程顧問機構之企業社會責任評估表。 This research will be concluding "Global Eight" the corporate social responsibility’s the faces and the factors. Then interviews by the expert assessment of engineering consultants to develop a corporate social responsibility factors. Further by a questionnaire survey to survey engineering consultants awareness of corporate social responsibility. Recycling survey sample 341 valid samples were 319, and then use the SPSS statistical software analysis, based on information obtained data factor analysis of the important factor, then according to the questionnaire survey the data distribution of the factor weights, and then engineering consultants to produce specific evaluation form of corporate social responsibility, provide the construction industry a basis to perform or are self-testing. This study finds out: 1) Find the project consultants CSR dimensions and factors; 2) Measure of corporate social responsibility project consultants importance of each factor; 3) The percentage of the assessment factors proposed; 4) Engineering consultants to produce corporate social responsibility assessment form.
