    摘要: 進度管理為專案管理當中重要一環,為此,以往已有多位學者提出管理作業排程之方法。然而,由於不固定關係作業的存在,其作業特性為該排程會依專案之進行,隨著實際工程進度而時常變動。因此,確實掌握工進資料為排定不固定關係作業排程之重要依據。然而,受限於現場管理人力限制等因素,使得資訊蒐集之效率無一定成效。因此,現場需要有一資訊蒐集工具與機制,以協助管理人員蒐集排程資料,係為本研究之發展目標。
    營建業近年導入RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)技術之應用相當廣泛,但是經由文獻整理得知,其應用方式僅於辨識功能之開發。然而,本研究針對不固定關係作業排程上之需求,並運用RFID無線辨識與資料儲存之特性,發展RFID排程資料輸入機制,用以協助現場施工人員方便且無障礙輸入工進資料,以達到控管工程進度之目的。
    依據上述說明,本研究主要先確立排程方法以作為排定排程之依據,再針對不固定關係作業之特性,分析RFID用來蒐集之排程資料,進一步針對以往排程資料蒐集方法與RFID應用方式,進行改善而建立RFID進度資料輸入機制,以將RFID技術導入作為蒐集資料工具之方法,最後結合UML系統分析與設計方法,依據使用者需求建置「RFID不固定關係作業進度管理系統」,以期許可作為現場進度管理之參考。
    Schedule management is an important issue of the project management. Many scheduling methods have been proposed, including scheduling model for repetitive activities of soft logics. For activities with soft logics, the schedules are changeful due to their dependence on the actual progress of other relative works. This circumstance results in not only the difficulty but also the lag in the data collection for the actual progress of the activities with soft logics. Accordingly, to automatically collect actual progress would be a feasible idea for monitoring the schedule of activities with soft logics.
    The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology has been widely applied in construction industry in these years. Most researches focused on the applications in the identifying and tracking functions. Based on the wireless data access and mobility abilities of RFID, this study used the RFID technology for automatic data collection of actual progress of the work activities in the construction site. Following this idea, the RFID schedule data input mechanism and the project schedule update grogram are developed for site staff to input their work items and actual progresses and to re-schedule the project with real time data.
    To this end, the proper RFID-based progress data input mechanism was firstly developed using the scenario analysis. Then applying the system analysis and development method, the RFID-Basic Schedule Updating System was finally developed to permit the reference for construction site schedule management.
