因此本論文共分五章，第一章緒論：就研究動機、文獻探討、論文架構做說明。第二章「家在黃州」，為使論文能有連貫性完整的呈現，會先將蘇東坡的生平及烏臺詩案的始末作一簡要介紹。再將蘇東坡的生活歸納成五個方面來探討：「節儉生活」、「躬耕生活」、「交游生活」、「學佛生活」、「養生生活」，以了解蘇東坡是如何去克服及適應陌生艱難的環境和心境的轉換過程，直到最後，將黃州視為自己的第二個故鄉的心路歷程。第三章「為人風範」，就濟貧恤孤、提拔後進、用功自勵、關心國家地方事務等四方面對蘇東坡在黃州時人生體悟境界的再翻升，作一外緣研究，以利對蘇東坡在黃州時，所創作與人生有關的作品能更了解。第四章「作品中的多樣人生面貌」將蘇東坡在黃州有關人生意涵的作品歸類為「人生如夢」、「曠達人生」、「人生哲理」等三類，各依主題內涵來深入探討蘇東坡在黃州時期的生命悟脫及人生啟示。第五章結論：綜合第二章到第四章，對於蘇東坡在黃州的生活及作品的探討與分析，所帶給世人生命的無限啟發做一總結。 This thesis was mainly based on Su’s works in Huangzhou, to explore his attitude, lifestyle and the heart to help others in the difficult environment. Hopefully, this thesis will put us at ease and help us confront difficult situation with an open mind, while appreciating the work of Su. Therefore, this thesis is divided into five chapters as followed:
The first chapter states the motivation, literature review and the structure of this study.
Chapter two is about living in Huangzhou. It’s divided into five aspects: Thrift, Farming, Friendship and Leisure, Cultivation, Health and Spirituality. It shows us how Su was able to overcome and transcend from suffering to harmony.
Chapter three illustrates how Su’s unconditional contribution to the country and the people affected the philosophy in his work.
Chapter four explores Su’s realization about the true meaning of life during his exile in Huangzhou. It analyzes his work in 3 categories: “Life is a dream”, “Broad-minded life” and “the Philosophy of life”.
Chapter five concludes in the unlimited inspiration of life through the exploration and discussion of Su’s work and his life in Huangzhou.
