    Abstract: 本研究旨在探索如何應用知識組織相關工具協助藥廠教育訓練的知識移轉。一方面探析藥廠如何讓員工由教育訓練獲得的知識透過知識組織的方式保存在企業內部,進而分享給其他員工;另一方面,試圖研究藥廠如何將員工的內隱知識傳遞出去,以達知識管理的功效。因此,本研究以國際知名藥廠在臺灣的分公司作為研究對象,透過個案研究與深度訪談,瞭解個案藥廠如何進行教育訓練以及知識移轉的明確作法。研究者從圖書資訊學中知識組織的角度去檢視該藥廠教育訓練的機制,對個案藥廠知識移轉的做法提出結論與建議。本研究結論與建議如下:
    一、企業文化類型為知識移轉的重要因素。
    二、無形及有形獎勵制度需雙管齊下。
    三、知識組織促進知識分享與傳遞。
    四、強化企業內部網路功能。
    五、常舉辦不同主題的討論會以促進知識分享。
    六、設置資料交換中心使知識儲存透明化。
    Applying the principles of knowledge organization originating from library andinformation science, the purpose of the study is to explore how knowledge organization assists employees to share and store their tacit knowledge. An international pharmaceutical company in Taiwan, Company A, is the case for this study. In-depth interviews are conducted in order to uncover how employee training and knowledge transfer in Company A are carried out. Furthermore, the study examines how the principles and strategies of knowledge organization facilitate knowledge transfer and achieve the goal of knowledge management in Company A. The main contribution of this study is to identify the interrelationship among knowledge transfer, knowledge organization, and human resource management. According to the results of the study, the conclusions are as follows:
    1.The type of company culture is an important factor for knowledge transfer.
    2.Both visible and invisible incentives for encouraging knowledge transfer need to be present at all times.
    3.Knowledge organization can facilitate knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer.
    4.Strengthening the functions of intranet can make knowledge more easily available for employees to use.
    5.Hosting seminars on different topics regularly can facilitate knowledge flows within the company.
    6.Establishing the information exchange center in the company would simplify the access and application of the knowledge.
