近年來隨著資訊人力資源的研究議題的興起與快速發展,組織如何吸引人才及防止組織人力流失成為組織內一項重要議題。本研究回顧國內外關於探討組織行為方面的文獻,其中常見於探討與組織信任、組織滿意度與組織忠誠度等之間的關係,然而目前有關組織員工的人格特質與組織行為的因素,包括信任、滿意度與忠誠度三者關係的研究卻不常見。因此本研究希望探討組織內不同人格特質的資訊部門員工對於組織行為上的差異程度,並且建立「資訊部門員工在信任、滿意度與忠誠度之間的關聯性」的研究模型,最後利用結構方程式加以驗證。研究結果發現: 1.高度友善性的資訊部門員工對組織之信任、滿意度與忠誠度明顯高於低度友善性的資訊部門員工。其餘人格特質的高低程度對組織行為三項因素的影響皆不顯著。 2.資訊部門員工對組織的信任、滿意度與忠誠度三個因子相互正向影響,並三者所建立之結構模式配適度良好。 With the rise and rapid development of IT human resources in recent years, how to attract society freshman and prevents the organization manpower outflow becomes an important topic for information management. We reveal most of them researched organization behavior on the relationships between trust and satisfaction, or trust and loyalty, or satisfaction and loyalty by reviewing many literatures about organization behavior. The structure equation model with three organization behavior factors (trust, satisfaction and loyalty) in different personality traits is rarely discussed. Thus, this study wants to verify the difference of organization behavior factors in different personality traits of IT professional, finally, establishes a research model "the relationships among trust, satisfaction and loyalty" and tests it.
This research has two results as following: 1.The results reveal that there are different organization behavior (Trust, Satisfaction, Loyalty) in a personality traits. The trust, satisfaction and loyalty of IT professional of high agreeableness are significantly higher the ones of low agreeableness. 2.The structured equation model with the trust, satisfaction and loyalty of IT professional is fitted well
