    Abstract: 在本計畫裡,我們首先將組裝一個光學蝕刻 系統,然後利用它來製作一些繞射光柵.所製作 的這些繞射光柵將被使用在雙光柵干涉儀(一 種同徑干涉儀)裡來測試寬面雷射二極體的近 場和遠場波前.它們的相位分布可用相位調變 的方法從幾幅干涉圖中找出.最後,我們將研究 如何利用這些相位訊息來設計適當的全像光學 元件,以改善寬面雷射二極體的光學品質.
